Calling all poets and wordsmiths of all stripes and feathers!

Do you love playing with words? Have a message to share, an emotion to convey, or simply a desire to take the mic and let your creativity flow? Then, welcome to our first poetry slam stage!

Come out of your dens and celebrate the spring of poets by letting your eloquence run free!

What is slam?

Slam is not a style.

In verse, in prose, rapped, sung,... it's a space where voices rise in all their uniqueness to share, for three minutes, their sensitivity, their story, and their love of words.

Without judgment, but within the limits of respect owed to each, it's the art of forging a speech that resonates so that everyone relearns to listen and hear the words of others. Smiths, to your pens!

Each participant has 3 minutes to declaim an original text.

No music, no props – just your voice, your words, and your energy.

Whether you're an experienced poet, a curious beginner, or simply a word lover, everyone is invited to participate or applaud from the audience.

One poem read = one free drink

According to tradition and to rehydrate the poets, every participant will be entitled to a free drink at the bar.

Every 3rd Sunday of the month

Writing workshop from 3pm, free price (mandatory registration by email, max 20 spots)

Open stage from 6:30pm

How to register?

Want to take the stage? Register in advance by sending an email to gabriellemarion.ateliers@gmail.com or directly on site, the evening of the event. Doors open at 6pm.

For participation in the writing workshop (3pm-6pm), registration is only possible in advance, by email, and is limited to 20 registrations.
